Plants, stories & careful learning

Herbal education guides, plant profile cards and an Irish botanical wisdom collection. Traditional uses will be clearly labelled, with evidence and safety considered separately.

03 / Find your rhythm · Planned

From the kitchen to the elements

Plant-based, gluten-free recipe collections and Earth, Air, Fire and Water reflection journals. Everyday nourishment and imaginative prompts—not medical treatments.

Further down the path: online workshops, memberships and physical botanical goods. For now, the focus is on getting the first digital release right.

A note from Fiona

“I’m learning, too. That’s part of the story.”

I’m Irish and studying Western herbal medicine. Éirewild brings together my love of plants, traditional wisdom and nature-led reflection. I share from a student’s perspective, with respect for both the stories we inherit and the questions we still need to ask.

Free botanical field notes

Begin with a leaf.
Stay for a season.

You don’t need a perfect routine or a countryside address. Take a notebook, step outside and give one plant your attention.

Uses your browser’s print dialog. No email required.

  1. 01

    Observe before you name

Sketch the leaf shape, edges and arrangement. Note the date, weather and habitat. A photograph alone is not enough to confirm a plant’s identity.

  2. 02

    Return to the same place

Visit again in a week. What has opened, faded or changed? Let your notes become a small record of the season.

  3. 03

    Leave the plant growing

Observe without picking or tasting. Respect access rules, protected species and wildlife. Learning can begin without harvesting anything.

Educational content only, not personalised medical advice. Fiona is a student, not a qualified herbal practitioner. Never ingest an unidentified plant; consult a qualified professional before using herbs, especially during pregnancy, while taking medication or with a health condition.
